Course Description
This course covers multisample inference techniques, focusing on analysis of variance (ANOVA), nonparametric tests, and mixed models. Participants will gain theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience applying these methods in various research fields.
Learning Outcomes
- Understand and apply one-way and two-way ANOVA models.
- Perform hypothesis testing for fixed and random effects models.
- Interpret the Kruskal-Wallis test for nonparametric comparisons.
- Calculate and analyze the intraclass correlation coefficient.
- Utilize mixed models for complex data structures.
- Apply all methods using R for practical data analysis.
